We are an overseas idol and virtual talent agency based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to bring the culture of J-Pop idols to North America and make them a mainstream industry here in North America!

What we offer

Music Production

Our production team handles the creative and technical process while also taking your own ideas and direction into consideration. We work alongside you to create music that feels uniquely yours!

Equipment & Resources

When necessary, Core Entertainment can provide or fund essential equipment and resources needed for your activities as a talent. We also do provide travel funding when necessary!

Training

Our talents receive guidance and training designed to help them become well-rounded and professional idols. Training will include vocals, dancing, idol skills, content creation, and other types of development.

What happens after joining Core?

Contract Signing

Once you successfully pass the audition process, you will be offered a one-year talent contract with Core Entertainment. This officially begins your journey with us!

Development & Preparation

After signing, we begin working with you directly to prepare you for your activities and debut with us! We will help you with your debut branding, music, training, and promotion so your debut is perfect!

Official Launch

Once your preparation is underway, we begin introducing you as an official Core Entertainment talent! You will make a video saying you've joined us and continue your journey as an idol from there!

Contract

All new talents enter an initial 12-month contract beginning on the effective date of their agreement. During this period, Core Entertainment works alongside the talent to develop their career, provide professional support, produce projects, and help them grow as an idol.

Contracts do not automatically renew.

As the end of the contract approaches, Core Entertainment and the talent may begin discussions regarding a potential renewal. Renewal is based on mutual agreement.

If both parties agree to continue, a new contract or renewal agreement will be established for the next term.

If the contract reaches its expiration date without a renewal agreement being reached, the talent will officially graduate from Core Entertainment at the end of their contract term.
